Marino Zeller is the CEO and Principal Architect of Zeller Companies, bringing over 15 years of experience in architecture. He has led and designed projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, federal, residential, multifamily, and senior living developments. His expertise spans from conceptual design through to project completion, consistently delivering outstanding results.
Marino holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Dominican Republic, and is a licensed architect in Georgia, Florida, and the Dominican Republic. His career began in the Dominican Republic as a designer and project architect, where his dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail quickly advanced him in the industry. After refining his skills locally, he relocated to Florida, contributing to renowned firms such as Baker Barrios Architects and Ryan Companies US, Inc. His work encompassed multifamily properties, senior living, and industrial projects, all while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance with building codes, and LEED certification standards.
As his career evolved, Marino’s leadership role expanded at Wood and Pond & Company, where he managed architectural projects, conducted site visits, and coordinated with consultants. His expertise in project management, consultant coordination, and design-build strategies further solidified his reputation as a trusted industry leader.
In 2023, Marino co-founded Zeller Companies with a vision to deliver exceptional architectural solutions and a commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction. As CEO and Principal Architect, he leverages his extensive experience to guide the company, ensuring every project meets client expectations while advancing the boundaries of innovation and design.
